Product compatibility varies from product to product. Bottlemate will provide the material details used in each of our components to determine compatabilty. Samples for testing will also be available upon request. Bottlemate will not perform any compatibility testing on behalf of the customer. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure all compatibility testing is done before a purchase is made.

Yes, catalogs are available upon request. Please contact one of our sales representatives for a catalog, you may also review or download E-Catalogue from our website.

Yes, custom molds are an option for all customers. Please contact our Sales Team (Sales@bottlemate.com) for more information about creating custom molds.

Yes, all Bottlemate products are BPA free.

• Stock Items- Bottlemate does not offer in-house printing on our Stock Items. We will provide any necessary dieline and print area drawings, but it is the customers responsibility to find a suitable printing company. Samples will also be provided to ensure printing compatibility.
• Custom Items- Bottlemate does offer a variety of printing services for our customer who make a Custom order. These include silk screening, hot foil stamping, UV printing and embossing.

• In-Stock: Bottlemate offers In Stock items that have a Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) requirement of one case. Case quantities vary by item. These Stock items are readily available for purchase, contingent on inventory.
• Non-Stock: Bottlemate also offers Custom items. Most of these items are made to order and have an MOQ of 5,000 - 10,000. These items are produced in Bottlemate’s overseas facilities. Lead time varies by item and quantity. We offer several different services for these items, including silk screen, hot stamp, custom colors, embossing and other features.
