BOTTLEMATE not only distributes its products, but also has the distinct advantage of doing nearly all of its production in-house.  Through daily communication between our domestic offices and our own international manufacturing facilities, we are able to provide our customers with constant status updates on any pending orders.  With no middle man to work with, Bottlemate is able to provide its customer with competitive pricing along with more accurate lead times to allow customers to plan schedules ahead of time.

In order to offer a variety of styles, shapes and sizes of bottles and jars, Bottlemate employs several different methods of production.  A few of the methods Bottlemate uses include injection molding, injection blow molding, extrusion molding and extrusion blow molding.  Photos of these methods can be seen below, which were taken directly from our Bottlemate production facilities.  The method of production used will vary from item to item and is subject to the look and materials.

Bottlemate uses all major types of plastic resin during production.  These plastic resins include PET-G, PET, PP, PE, PS and SAN.  Additionally, Acrylic and Aluminum components are used during production to provide the high-end look customers love.

By being both the manufacturer and distributor, Bottlemate is able to apply strict quality control on all of its products and procedures.  This quality control is performed from the start of manufacturing, through the packing process and finally before it is distributed to customer.  Bottlemate also continues to maintain its various ISO Certifications, which will ensure the customer that all international standards are met.

In order for a product to be truly unique, Bottlemate offers several different secondary processes to allow customization of nearly all of its items

These secondary processes begin with the option of applying a custom color Spray Paint or Frosted Coating to the item.  If you are looking for a shinier look, you can also choose to metalize the cap, bottle or jar with a shiny silver or gold metallization coating.

Once the color of the product is determined, Bottlemate allows the customer to choose from a variety of printing methods.  These methods include Silk Screening, Pad Printing, Hot stamping and UV Printing.  Each of these offers a different look and feel to the products.  See photos below of some of Bottlemate's printing capabilities.

Once the design and artwork is provided, Bottlemate will create a prototype sample of the final products for the customer's approval.  It is upon this approval that Bottlemate will begin production.

If you are not able to find the right design for your product within our catalog, Bottlemate also offers customers the opportunity to create their very own custom molds.  These unique molds would be exclusive to the customer and would be handled by Bottlemate from start to finish.
